Our roof was denied twice by insurance adjusters. When Brandon approached us about having a look we explained what had happened and didn't really want to deal with it anymore. Brandon explained he would inspect the property and see if they had just made a mistake or if we really didn't have enough damage. Brandon took pictures and video of the damage and explained it was indeed enough damage. We called our insurance once again set up the re inspection and Brandon met with our insurance adjuster. 30 minutes later we had approval for a new roof and check in hand. Brandon went above and beyond explaining in detail our itemized scope and how the build would proceed. We have a beautiful new roof and I would recommend Brandon and Ark roofing to anyone.

I called Ark roofing for a estimate and met Brandon Walker. Not only did he give me a great estimate, but he also showed me where my insurance company was short 1,500 dollars. I had 2 other companies come give estimates. Not one asked if I had any questions or took the time to explain the process just in and out. Not only did Brandon ask if I had any questions. He took the time to get to know me answered every question I had in detail and deffanitenly earned my business.

I've been around long enough to spot a scam artist when I see one. I probably wasn't the easiest of customers for Ark roofing to work with. I grilled Brandon to the best of my ability just to see if he was about to promise me the world as most contractors do. He didn't at all. His honest no pressure sales approach was probably the firendliest I'v ever seen. I remember telling Brandon to call me in 2 days around noon for my answer. I went inside and told my wife (we just found our contractor) 2 days later at 12 exactly Brandon called and I felt great telling him he had our business and our roof looks great! I recommend Ark Roofing first and foremost.

My husband and I were looking for a contractor for our roof when a realtor friend of mine told us about Ark Roofing. I called and met with Brandon Walker at our home. My husband and I could not make heads or tails of our insurance paperwork. Brandon sat down with us and explained what every iteam was and also showed us items that were under paid. We had roof damage and interior sheet rock damage. Brandon explained he could correct the pricing and do all our repairs. Not only did he fix our roof. Fix our drywall and paint the interior but he also had someone come out and mow our lawn and trim our trees, fix a water leak and our broken fence free of charge. We live on a fixed income and Brandon seemed more interested in fixing things around the house that we couldn't afford rather than just what insurance paid for. Thank you Brandon for everythng and looking out for our best interests. Not many people care about helping others in this day and age. I don't know the first thing about roofing. I needed a roof and found Ark roofing online. I met Brandon first and then a few other contractors. Brandon was the only one that didn't pressure me or use scare tactics. Brandon was genuine and honest in his pitch. He explained just ask questions, get refferences, insurance paperwork and above if they are offering a incredible deal, find out where they buy materials. He explained to me what seconds were. Damaged shingles that look good but will fail in a few yrs. They are suppose to go to the landfill but sometimes contractors get them and put them of roofs. Sure enough the other contractors had super great super cheap pricing and when I asked where materials came from and for a invoice from where they were purchased they got mad and tried to speak over me. Needless to say I went with ark roofing and I had a waranty in hand when my roof was completed. thank you Brandon

During this past year we had a large wind storm that damaged many houses in North Texas leaving everything on our patio completely destroyed. Broken patio furniture, blown out windows and roof damage on the back of our home was not pretty. Two years previous we had poured a large patio 16 x 40 and now it was back to a slab with nothing to sit on. We had been saving towards an inexpensive cover to get some shade somehow and now we were worried about a deductable towards keeping our house from leaking.
A week went by, the adjuster finally made it out and looked at everything and he said to get a contractor out to work with. I had never replaced a roof so I had people stopping by with all sorts of sales pitches. People who had been in construction for 30 years or more, people who said they were doing me a great service and people who had me convinced in using them for sure. I had received the invoice of repairs of what was covered and most contractors said that was what it was going to cost.
I had already decided to go with someone when a friend said there was no choice in the matter and she showed us what they had done to her house.
When I met Brandon I was thinking I was going to push this one and ask for more. I didn’t have to! Brandon was totally different, down to earth, friendly, I told him what I wanted and he worked with me all the way! Unbelievable, he upgraded my shingles, repaired everything I needed, worked directly with the insurance company to get more than what was expected from them and left me with nothing to question. With careful planning and help from Brandon’s crew I was able to cover my back porch with the claim money at no further expense and add a fantastic new area for me and my family to enjoy for years to come.
If it weren’t for Brandon my dream of this porch would never have happened and it seemed in just a couple of weeks it was there. The roof itself was all done in a day with the best of quality and the nicest of people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone I know. I wish there were more people like him in the world.
I truly know the meaning of the name –ARK ROOFING (Acts of Random Kindness).
